HOW TO EAT DURING RAMADAN

Now we going to discussed on how to eat during the month of Ramadan. Month of Ramadan is a month or rather a period which you as a Muslim you ask to stay away from food from morning till evening, but that did not mean because you ask to stay away from food from morning till evening you must eat all the king of food you like to eat or eat heavy food so that It can sustain you till evening no, not at all. Just eat light and small food in the morning it will take you till evening, you will not fill a sign of hunger if you eat light food when observing fasting in the morning, but if because you will not eat from morning till evening, then you eat heavy meal, let me tell you before 12 PM, you fill hungry as if you have not eaten anything for the past two days. The mechanism behind it is that when you eat heavy food, the enzyme in your stomach will need much energy to digest it of which it will make you weak few hours later after eating, because much enzymes are working in your system in other to digest.

Also during braking of fasting, you should not say because you did not eat true out the day, you must eat enough food to complement the day food you did not eat, no that is not how it is, all you need at that time is little bit of date and water. And for you who make ready fry meat or something fry waiting to be consume after braking of fasting, that is the unhealthiest thing you can ever do to your stomach, it is very bad to eat fry food on an empty stomach.
