Examination of Bacteria Morphology

MORPHOLOGY

Counter staining of Gram and Ziehl Neelsen method are also used for the explanation of morphological structure of bacteria microorganism in conjunction with the following stain, malachite green, and methylene blue.

MALACHITE PREPARATION

Malachite green                      1g

Distilled water                        100ml

Dissolved the dye in a distilled water and filter record date and label.

PROCEDURE

Apply the stain for 20-30 second was with water blot carefully and dry by gentle heat.

apply oil immersion and view with light filed microscope.
