POLYCHROME METHYLENE BLUE
The stain has a similarity with loeffers alkaline methylene blue. They are used for demonstration of Anthrax bacilli structure in the blood.
Preparation. the same with loeffer alkaline methylene blue. After that distribute in the battle, record date label.
Shake frequently before it can be ready for used, it takes several months, but it can be foster by treating with chemical.
Procedure: is the same of that of loefler alkaline methylene blue.
