Culture media
Cultue media: is a simple and artificial food which micro organism required for it growth. Before organism can be study, it must first of all be culture and isolated, this occur by studying the anatomy and physiology of bacteria. Before this process can be achieved, cultivation must take place on a culture media, which are carried out in routine bacteriology laboratory. Culture media allowed the bacteria to grow from small aliquot of inoculums of culture plate in an incubator.
With the help of culture media microorganisms are cultured and from the cultured plate a growth took place which yields magnitude of microorganism that is suitable for examination or study. There are different types of media which microorganism growth on and each of this media are prepared based on the requirement of each of the microorganism like for example candida albicans which is a fungi growth on sabouraud dextrose and so many more of each of the bacteria growth on indifference types of media that is suitable for them.
As we proceed with our study we are going to published different and the function of media on this our website.
30p enlighten what happened there are few types of media which will listed below that will be discussing of subsequent post
