Sen Dino Melaye bags Nigeria Goodwill Ambassador Award

Distinguished Senator Dino Melaye today at the 2018 Pan Africa Peace Conference held at The Shehu Musa Yar’Adua Centre, Abuja was again celebrated with an award of “Nigeria Goodwill Ambassador.
The event, proudly sponsored by His Royal Majesty, King Ateke Michael Tom, (JP), the Sekuro of Niger Delta, Amanyanabo of Okochiri kingdom featured series of lectures .
The theme of the 2018 edition for the conference “Peace as a Vehicle for Development” bore on national pressing issues, how to inspire a new generation of peacemakers, how politicians contribute to peaceful election, peace and poverty, possibility of peaceful co-existence in Africa and the role of the government in nation building.
Other awardees are Alhaji Atiku Abubakar (Waziri Adamawa), Mr. MartinsObinna, Barrister (Mrs) Mary, Chinye Ebboh and 12 others.
Senator Dino expressed delight in the award and dedicated the award to the suffering civil servants and pensioners in kogi state.
He assure all that the battle to salvage kogi state and Nigeria is a battle of no retreat no surrender.
