How to turn power point presentation to Video

Power point is a presentation application come with Microsoft office suite. Each of the Microsoft office come with power point. Irrespective of the version of Microsoft office you install on your system, just check it, you will find power point in it.

In power point, there two way to produce video which are;

Record your video directly into the presentation
Save your presentation as video.

To record video directly into presentation, open your power application

On top middle bar of the picture above, you see ISPRING SUITE 9 click on it, it will take you to another page shown below

On the picture above you can see on the top right bar, where you have option to record video, please click on record video to record your video.

Note: ISPRING SUITE is an independent application, if you must use it, you have to download it on their website. To download it now Click DOWNLOAD NOW.

Note also that the application is not free you must pay for it. But you can use trial version of its pending when you can purchase the full version.

Save your presentation as video.

Save your presentation as video is another way to create video with power point. These process did not require second hand application.

but the disadvantage of saving your presentation as video is that, you cannot save with audio, meaning after saving it, you have to present it, and screen record it if you want your video to have audio.

Now save your power point presentation as video, follow these simple instruction.

First create your presentation, after that click file on right side of the top bar of your power point window, a drop down menu will appear as shown on the below picture, click save as
