2019 UTME registration may not be extended

The chairman of the Joints Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) Dr. Emmanuel have reveal that their may not be an extension date above 21st February 2019 for the registration of UTME.

He said that, due to the observed seamless of the registration procedure for these 2019 UTME , I did not foresee an extension of the registration date.

Dr. Emmanuel reveals these after monitoring exercise of the on going registration of candidate in Ha-Sham Academy centre, Iwaya federal college of technical education Akoka centre, and the electronic test centre, Anthony in Lagos on Friday.

He further advice candidate to use these opportunity to register as earlier as possible in other to avoid die minutes rush, because we have seen that upon our visit, many centre we visited have many computer system, but few candidate.

Upon investigation, he said that he is certify with the way registration are to be conducted these year because the period which cyber cafe extort money from the candidate without given then quality service is now a thing of the past.

Dr. Emmanuel also warn computer base test (CBT) centre operators to avoid sharp practice because anyone Court in the act of malpractices will be sanctioned according to the law.
