Court ordered Rearrest of Nnamdi Kanu

Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has issued order to rearrest Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).

According to the information revealed, has it that ruling was made on Thursday, when hearing of the case resumed.

Sahara reporters, report that the ordered was given by Justice Binta Nyako during the court’s sitting, saying that Kanu had continuously absent himself from the court the hearing.

The court further nullify the bail granted to Kanu in 2017, observing that the case would continue even if he was not present in the court.
