Extra-judicial Killings: Police official advises against speaking ‘Queen’s English’ to officers.

Head of Police Public Complaint Unit, Abayomi Shogunle, has advised Nigerians to desist from speaking “Queen’s English” to police officers on the road in other to avoid misunderstanding with them.

Mr Shogunle advice Nigerians to speak “Pidgin” English while communicating with police officers on the road, “that may simply mean Nigerians police officers did not understand good English”.

Mr Shogunle gave the advice via his Official twitter handle on Wednesday 17 April 2019. He also share a videos of police boss in Lagos warning it police officers against killing innocent Nigerians.

His tweet read “For now, don’t go and be speaking Queen’s English with them on the road. For proper understanding, talk to them in Pidgin, another way to avoid kasala,”.
