President Muhammad Buhari has block Governor from getting access to local government allocation.
According to news, Buhari sets June 1, 2019 takeoff date when Federal government will be paying direct allocations to 774 Local Government Area (LGAs) in Nigeria.
In another development, Federal Government has set Limits daily cash withdrawal from LGA accounts at N500,000.
“Any transaction above N500,000 must go via cheques/e-transfer”.
Can these save Nigerians? Don’t you thinks that Local Government chairman will miss used the money?
