President Muhammad Buhari has directed all it misnisters to handover, to their permanent secretary come 28th of this month May 2019.
Meanwhile, on the valedictory session held on Wednesday for members of the Federal Executive Council, (FEC), President Muhammadu Buhari refuse to dissolve the cabinet until the end of his first administration. But the President on the valedictory session said, “today is the last time we will meet before the commencement of the second tenure”.
He orders the Ministers to continued working till May 28th which they will handover to the Permanent Secretary of their various ministries.
He further directed the Ministers to submit their handover notes to the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, SGF, on the same May 28 which is the eve of the second tenure that starts on May 29.
He urge the ministers to be proud to be part of a government that captured local government areas which were formerly control by Boko Haram terrorist.
