Another twist to the Zanfara brouhaha.
Zamfara people voted for the party APC and not individuals/candidates (Rotimi Ameachi Vs PDP)
The Supreme Court ruling did not disqualify APC in that election, neither did INEC disallowed APC before the elections and neither can INEC disqualify APC now after a concluded & properly conducted election. Therefore, the ruling will not invalidate APC results in that election.
The Supreme Court ruling disqualifies the candidates of the APC and not the party.
If the Supreme Court has ruled that there was no proper primaries conducted by the APC in Zamfara State. Then INEC can only allow APC to conduct fresh primaries and the new winners sworn-in as beneficiaries/executors/flag bearer of the APC mandate.
APC will govern Zamfara State. That is a given.
