25th of May Lokoja/kotonKarfe house of representative petition tribunal seating in Abuja today, has said that
Witness presented by counsel to Shaba Ibrahim of People Democratic Party (PDP) lack the “basic knowledge of the February 23/2/2019 general election.”
According M’hd Oseze who give the update of today seating said “from magistrate court wuse zone 2 ABUJA (election petition tribunal ) for the hearing and crossed examination of the case is process.
The process began exactly 10am,Counsel to hon Shabasubmitted 10 additional exhibits to chief judge of magistrate court wuse zone 2 subsequently present thress witnesses (3) from supinate are ENGR ONUHA from INEC,Adamu YAKUBU from Lokoja and AHAMED IBRAHIM also from Lokoja all claims to be PDP agents and they all took oath that evident submitted by them is authentic and otherwise God should punished.
After cross examined the three supinate witness by first correspondence (counsel to INEC), second correspondence (counsel to Wambai) and third correspondence (counsel to APC) by their response indicated that the evident submitted are unsubstantial to the petition case and thereby concluded that the witnesses lack the basic knowledge of the February 23/2/2019 general election.
The case have been adjoined to 14 and 15 of June 2019.”
