Egbura Koto leaders and Ohimegye created enabling environment that led to arrest of the kidnapers in Egbura land

Some of the kidnappers that has been terrorising Kogi Kotonkarfe, it environment and toto local government council in Nasarawa state arrested recently was as a result of Egbura leaders and Ohimegye of Igu who take drastic action about the heinous crime and create enabling environment for the vigilante and others securities force in the area.

According to source who speak on behalf of Ohimeye and other Egbura leaders, when our correspondent, demand to know what is the takes of Ohimegye and other Egbura leaders about the kidnappers apprehended recently in the area?

The source said Oimegye did not give up on the issue of

” kidnapping traced to our men and ladies. So also is the elders of our land.”

Our correspondent question read, “My dear Egbura koto people in this platform. Many who specialized in kidnappings our own people has been arrested so far. The worst of it all is our own people, my brother and your brother is behind the heinous crime.
Now what has Ohimegye and other Egbura leaders say about this evil that has befalling our communities?

“I am not the PRO of Ohimegye, but I want to assure the whole house that the Ohimegye is not relenting on the issue of kidnapping traced to our men and ladies. So also is the elders of our land. The recent arrest of some of the perpetrators of the heinous crime are all the efforts of our leaders and Ohimegye who created an enabling environment that led to their arrest.”

When he was asked what is the local government chairman is doing about the issue in the land, he said it was the effort of the chairman who set up vigilante groups that lead to the success recorded so far about the kidnapping in Kogi Kotonkarfe.

He further said, the chairman will not relent on his effort to get rids of the crimes in the area, until all those behind kidnapping in the land are all arrested and brought to book.
