Gov. Bello Receives Korean Ambassador in Lugard House, Lokoja 30th of July 2019

Kogi State Governor, His Excellency Yahaya Bello Receives Korean Ambassador to Nigeria, His Excellency Major-General Lee In-Tae (Rtd) and other Korean Officials in His Office at the Lugard House, Lokoja Tuesday, 30 July 2019.

Major-General In-Tae said they were in the state to foster a stronger tie with the Government of Kogi State in the area of Technical and Vocational Education. The governor commended the Government of the People Republic of Korea and gave assurances of his government commitment to the partnership.

The two parties were to conduct an assessment for the formulation of a possible follow-up support to the Nigeria-Korea Friendship Institute of Vocational and Advanced Technology, Lokoja.

Major-General Lee In-Tae had in his delegation Woochan Chang, Country Director, Country Deputy Director Wonjun Bae, Programe Specialist David Nkwa, Lee Young Geol from Daelim University who is the Project Manager.

Others were Professor Jin Kyung Lee of Dongeui University, Professor Joong Seon Lim of Dongeui University, and Hee Chul Han of Daelim University.
