A sixty year old man, Clement Ogeyi who hails from Enugu state has been arrested by the vigilante at Otukpo for allegedly raping a five year old baby girl.
The man who is married with children of his own is said to be in the habit of raping children as an elderly man who came to see the crowd identified the paedophile, testifying that his daughter had been a victim of same Mr. Clement Ogeyi.
