Governor Godwin Obaseki is at Eagles Square in Abuja, to receive the Best Performing Governor Award from Nigerian teachers drawn from different parts of the country under the aegis of the Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT), at an event to mark the World Teacher’s Day.
The teachers have taken notice of the basic education reforms being implemented in Edo State, which has made it possible for the training of over 11,300 teachers on tech-based teaching methods, among other innovations in the basic education sub-sector.
