Buhari Stop payment of salaries to Fed Govt Staff whose names not on payroll

President Muhammad Buhari yesterday give a directive to stop the payment of Federal Government staff salaries whose name are not on payroll and personal information system (IPPIS).

Buhari disclosed this in a statement, while addressing National Assembly in Abuja.

According to his statement, the directive will be effective from this month October 2019.

Buhari said, “I have directed the stoppage of salaries for any federal government staff not captured in the Integrated Payroll and Personnel Information System (IPPIS) by end of October 2019.”
