Bassa Communities in Kogi Kototonkarfe (KKF) Local Government Area (LGA) of Kogi on Sunday 20th of October 2019 Paid a courtesy Visit to Kogi KKF Local Government Chairman, “(Barr.) Muhammed Tanko Musa Osuku”.
Administrator of Kogi LGA, Hon. Alhaji (Barr.) Muhammed Tanko Musa Osuku on Sunday, has continued to received acknowledgment from all angles over his purposeful leadership style in areas of sustaining peace and security of life and property in the area.
The Bassa community in Kogi LGA ably led by Hon. Jibril Idris and supervisor for health in the council on a courtesy call to the Administrator at his Lokoja residence, said in view of Barr. Tanko unrelenting contributions towards uplifting the standard of the people of his domain through empowerment programs and working assiduously to ensure the best is always done at the right time.
” We the entire Bassa Community in Kogi LG were in your residence to acknowledge your good works done to our people and beyond especially as it relate to governance, peace and provision of enormous security to the populace is genuine sign of a great leader and you have displayed that in several occasion”.
He continue, your leadership is exceptional, we have never had it so good as your tenure, you’re a sincere leader who put God first in whatever you do as well place your people at heart” he said.
The delegation also came with a blind man with named: Ustaz Ibrahim Tijjani who received a brand new motor Cycle from the Administrator few weeks back following his victory at the previous Qur’anic Recitation Competition held in Senseyi Community of Kotonkarfe last year.
They prayed to God to increase him and his family in sound health, wisdom, guide and protect them from evildoers as well grant him Aljanah firduas.
On his part, the Administrator thanked the delegation for finding him worthy of visiting adding that he find most happiness when people around him are equally happy, Leadership positions of any type is made for the services of the people and humanity.
Your encouragement towards my council leadership would propel me to do more for the larger society and am most grateful for your internal advise.

He stressed the need to ensure continue peace among diverse group in the council. Barr. Tanko said.
In a similar development, the Administrator also received in audience with Mrs Mariam and a peace ambassador from Bassa tribe.
