Former Honorable member of the House of Representatives, Representing Lokoja-Kotonkarfe federal constituency Alhaji Abdullkarim Usman Isah, Wambai has described the Appeal court judgment as inconsequential while addressing the protester day, stating that the judgment will be review next week Monday.
Disclosing the address by Mo,HD Oseze, the media aides to the embattled lawmakers, Osaze said, “The Honorable member house of representatives, representing Lokoja-Kotonkarfe federal constituency alhaji Abdullkarim Usman Isah, (the wambai of Igu Kingdom) addressing his peoples across his constituency on inconsequential and conspiracy appeals judgment.
“He expressed satisfaction and appreciate the support his people have for him and he further made it know to his people,that he understand the level of grievance and indeed its our right to fight and protect what belonged to us.
As matter of urgency the actions of concerned youths of lokoja- koton federal constituency today is directly calling on APC stakeholders both the state and national to intervened by probate the appeal court judgment .
The appeal court judgment is inconsequential, conspiracy and misplacement of justice in the process in which the judgment was passed.
The tribunal judgment said the petitioner case lack jurisdiction due to the tender exhibits and the tender exhibits/evidence is unsubstantial and therefore the case is been dismissed as according to tribunal judgment.

In the appeal court,
the petitioner further apply for the nullification of 23/2/2019 general election.
Where as the appeal court passed judgment which doesn’t connote with the case file and subsequently declared hon shaba Ibrahim as the authentic winner and hereby return elected.
In this regard the appeal court judgment is bias.
He urge his concerned youth to be patient and stayed calmed as the judgment will be review by next week Monday and by God grace Court reaffirm his membership.”
