The National House of Representative members, today 13th of November 2019, swear in Barrister Shaba Ibrahim’s of the the People Democratic Party (PDP) as the house of the representative member elect to represent the good people of Lokoja/kotonkarfe constituency.
Barrister Shaba who lost in 2018 General election, to Hon. Abdulkarim Usman Isah Wambai, of APC, was said to not be please with INEC coverage on the elections, toook the case to supreme court. At the supreme court wuse zone 2 Abuja were the case lasted for about 7 month of hearing was later strike out by the judge, over what it term the case lack merit.
Shaba who still not certify with supreme court judgment, head to appeal court, were the Appeal after hearing the case, faulted the supreme court judgment.
Shaba was later declared the authentic winner by the Appeal court on the 25th of October 2019.
Upon his clinch to victory, at the Appeal court, wambai, who is not please with the Appeal court judgment, file a reviewed of the case, after due consideration, the review case was strikeouts yesterday 12th of November 2019.
And shaba Ibrahim of PDP, swear in today after he has been issued with the certificate of return earlier last week.
