Senator Dino Melaye has accused Governor Yahaya Bello of holding some people hostage in Government House since 15th of November 2019.
Dino Melaye has promised to lead massive protest in Lokoja if by 24hours Yahaya Bello did not set his hostages free.
Dino said, “Attention of IGP should be drawn to the illegal detention of Delex and 36 others abducted by Bello’s men and kept in Kogi State Government house since 15th of this month as part of thier strategy to win Mopa/Amuro LG. Where Clearance Olafemi hijacked materials to his house… Government house is not a police station. If in 24hours they are not released I will lead a massive protest in lokoja. In an unjust society silence is a crime. This case has been reported to the commissioner of police in Kogi state and yet no action taken. Enough is a Enough”.
