Congratulation to Senator Dino For Fighting thugs far, and to we his supporters for fighting a just Causes – Segun Peter

One fact that cannot be discountenanced by any reasonable mind is the fact that, Dino is a formidable force. He is well loved and his level of acceptance is unparalleled, such is the Grace the man commands, the result of the just concluded POLITICAL COUP not withstanding. It is abundantly clear to the whole wide world that he lost to a coup de etat orchestrated from the high places. Smart Adeyemi is just a beneficiary of the conspiracy. He is never a match for Dino in any credible election. One thing is certain, for Dino, the future looks green.

A friend in APC once asked me, if I won’t congratulate Smart Adeyemi on “his victory”, and I told him, as a man of conscience and high moral, It is extremely difficult to congratulate a robber on a successful operation. To others it may not matter, as we can see around, but to me, the process is as important as the result. This is not about Dino as a person, but about our image, humanity and decency as people. This time too shall pass.

There is nothing in recent time that have put Kogi State and Nigeria in bad light than the just concluded “political coup”. Some may choose to waive it aside because it favours their sentiment, but the weight and the aftermath swing like heavy pendulum on the neck of time.

Some addressed us as ” losers” but that could only come from shallow and undiscerning minds. “Time” is the only factor that reveals the true winner in an event such as this. Experience has shown lesson of people who go into euphoria for the emergence of a “winner”, only for time to unfold how wrong they were.

I want to particularly appreciate our uncommon leader, Commodore MF Daniel, and our resolute believers in just cause for remaining undaunted even in the face of sheer political terrorism. In the face of all these, you refused to soil your hands with the king’s delicacy. This to me, is a GREAT victory! CONGRATULATIONS!The future is in the Hands of the Almighty, and HE shall cause you all to smile. That I am sure!
