House of Representatives members representing Niger State, in the House Hon. Jafaru Iliyasu Auna, is dead.
Mr Auna was sait. to have died at Maitama General Hospital 2nd of December 2019 on Monday morning after a brief illness.
He is a current serving lawmaker, representing Rijau/Magama federal constituency of Niger State, until his demise.
The death of the lawmaker was confirmed to the newspaper, by another lawmaker from Niger State, Sa’idu Abdullahi.
Abdullahu said that late Auna came back from a trip to Lagos on Sunday night and died early morning today.
