DSS send delegate to high court to apologize over the inversion of the courtroom to rearrest Sowore

The Department of State service (DSS) on the 9th of December 2019, send delegate to Federal High Court in Abuja to apologized over the invasion of the courtroom to rearrest Omoyele Sowore.

The DSS who earlier give Statement of reports, that it personal did not enter the courtroom to rearrest, also get the backup of presidency.

In a statement issued by Presidency over, over the incident, stated that President Muhammad Buhari did not ordered DSS to rearrest Sowore, but DSS did not have to wait for an order from President Muhammad Buhari before it can arrests any one believed to have bridge the rule of law.
