The President and the sponsors of Nigeria National League (NNL), Dynamite Force Football Club, Mr. Bernard Jomah, was on Friday Kidnapped along Okene-Lokoja road in Kogi State.
Mr Iyamho, who base in Etsako West Local Government Area of Edo State, abduction was reveals by Samson Unuanel shortly after the incident.
He said that the club president has been kidnapped by yet to be identified gunmen.
Omokoshaban learn that Mr. Jomah was returning to Iyahmo/Benin from Abuja when he was abducted at Irepeni village, along Okene/Lokoja road in Kogi State.
The matter has been reported at the Irepeni Police State, he said.
He further said that the army and the Directorate of the State Security were also notified of the incident.
Jomah was said to have travelled to Abuja for the NNL Club Owners meeting and was returning to his home in Edo State when the suspected gunmen stopped his car along Lokoja-Okene road, and take him way
For the Ransom, one of the close relative who speak on the development on conditions of anonymous, said the abductors had contacted the family and they demand N20m Ransom.
He said “They have contacted us and demanded a sum of N20m as ransom. We are worried because we don’t know his situation.
“The family is working hard to secure his release and we have contacted all the relevant agencies, including the Police, to come to our aid,”.
