Governor Abdulahi Umar Ganduje was spotted on a flight with his wife Professor Ganduje, after he place banned on Tricycle from conveying opposite sex in Kano State.
The Governor, said it attract 10 lashes and 6 month ban for any tricyclist caught conveying opposite sex in Kano state as from January 2020.
