Fulani’s herdsmen are responsible for the attack.
According to the source, the attackers speak Fulani’s and Hausa.
Speaking on the incident further, The chairman of the Local Government, Barr. Tanko Osuku, said that the Fulani’s and Tawari community hard an issues years ago, which lead to death of one Fulani’s,.
He said, that may have result to attack to avenge the killing of their man.
Speaking further, other Egbura leaders has condemned the attack saying it barbaric and inhuman.
The Ohimegye of Igu, and the chairman of traditional council also called on the securities personal to fish out the killers.
He said Egbura and other tribes has been living peacefully for century, their never a time such killing take place in Kogi Kotonkarfe local government.
While Kogi State Government said, the attack must have be mastermind by external body to stain Bello administration.
But, the case is, Bassa Kwomu are pointing fingers on Egbura people, of been responsible for attacks.
