The Ideologist of Social Governance fundamentals, Arc Ezekiel Nya-Etok has condemned the roles of youths as “political boys” during and after elections saying it is a waste of youthful age.
Ezekiel Nya-Etok reprehended the youths at the ‘Save the Youths Conference’ held on Sunday at Villa Marina, Eket, Akwa Ibom State.
Featuring in a three man Symposium on the roles of youths in political development, stated that “our young children are dying. Our youths are playing with their future by becoming political boys against planning and aiming high for a glorious future, therefore, you are not a progressing youth if you are a political youth”.
Advising youths against exchanging their future for irrelevant activities in the name of politics, Nya-Etok admonished them to make good the opportunity afforded them by the conference as one that should catapault them to where they are now to where they ought to be.
Describing himself as an Ideologist who aims at creating a balance between the government and the governed through his Social Governance Fundamentals, Ezekiel Nya-Etok lambasted those who have clocked 50years of age for canvassing for Commissionership offices, a position to have been filled by youths of the State.
In his words, “I am not a politician and our kind, people who have clocked 50years should not be canvassing for commissionership slots.The youths should rise and take their destiny into their hands”.
