The social media is awash with the tale of a crack in Kogi government house and the peddlers further claimed that, the crack is as a result of “dirty fight” between the Deputy Governor of Kogi State, Chief Edward Onoja and Chief of staff to the Governor of Kogi State, Pharm. Abdulkareem Jamiu Asuku. One would not but wonder the rationale behind this obvious falsehood and what the peddlers of this imaginary “dirty fight” and nonexistence “crack” stand to gain.
It is incontrovertible fact that the duo has long been having a seamless and cordial working relationship devoid of rift or crisis, starting from when the former was the Chief of staff while the latter was Director –General Protocol. It is not deniable that every place of work may experience some kind of conflict, which is often healthy for the progress of the work but it is a pure evil for anyone to sit somewhere in a corner to concoct blatant falsehood in order to create a needless rancor and apprehension in the State.
The government of Alh. Yahaya Bello is a government of smart and brilliant people saddled with the task of bringing development and dividends of democracy to the good people of Kogi state. Those know the duo very well will attest to the fact that, they are brilliant men with the ability to settle any conflict if any. The so called “crack” in government house exists in the imagination of the misguided falsehood peddlers.
The only sure thing one can conclude on their relationship is that, they are perfect team who are eager to work for the development and progress of Kogi state, while assisting the Governor to faithfully discharge his mandate to the good people of Kogi state.
