Presidential Candiate of ths People Democratic party (PDP) of the last general election in Nigeria, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has reacted to President Muhammad Buhari Statement, which he said 90 percent of people affected by Boko Haram terrorist are Muslims.
Bihari in statement while speaking to some Christian clergymen yesterday over the recent execution of Adamawa CAN chairman, Lawan, by Boko Haram terrorist said that 90% of people affected by Boko Haram terrorist activities in Nigeria are Muslims.
The Statement had generated many criticism from prominent Nigerians.
Reacting to statement this morning
Atiku Abubakar said “We must not rationalise killings. Whether Christian, Muslim, Traditionalist, or Atheist, the killing of any human being, by Boko Haram, or any other misguided group, is wrong and should be condemned unequivocally. There is no compulsion in religion. Only love.”
