Kogi State Governor, Alh. Yahaya Bello last week promise to turn Kogi State Capital to modern city for other northern State to emulate.
The Governor who has spend first term in office, and has already commenced his second term, made the promised while inspecting drainage project in Lokoja.

During Bello First term in office, their was an allegations of Ganaja brigade contract that was awarded but never had it executed.
So the question is, can Governor Bello turn Lokoja to look like Kano State in the next four years of his seconds?
