The executive Governor of Kogi, Alh. Yahaya Bell, since he worn his second term elections, seem to have adopted new method of going along with his fellow prominent Nigerians, most especially the people of his party.
The executive Governor is now quick to congratulate Nigerians Governors and prominent members of his political party.
The question is this: did Kogi people elected him as congratulatory Governor or Governor of Kogi?
