The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has declared Senator Douye Diri and his running mate, Senator Lawrence Ewhruojakpo, as the winner of the Bayelsa Governorship election.
INEC take the decision flowing supreme court judgment yesterday, which sack the APC elected governor, David Lyon, that is already rehearsing for his swearing in today.
Following the development, heavy protest already hit Bayelsa capital city Yanogua.
The protesters which are charting war song insist that court must reversed the judgement.
