Kogi Social Democratic Party (SDP) candidate for 2019 gubernatorial elections in Kogi State, Natasha H. Akpoti has launch it second phase of woman and youth empowerment program.
Natasha while disclosing the kick off of the program, said that 5000 women and youth will be empowered across Kogi State.
She also disclosed that, this second phase beneficiaries will received the Sum of N100,000 each to start a business, compare to the first Phase who received N20,000.
She further disclosed that the aim of the initiative, is to give millionaire to enterprise at the end of the program.
She said “SMEs are the backbone of every economy and access to finance has been a major stumbling block to the growth of our businesses.
Thus, Natasha Akpoti Impact Investment’s team launched the 2nd phase of it’s 5000 women & youths empowerment initiative.
Best news is the fact that our beneficiaries got as much as ₦100,000. This is a huge jump from the ₦20,000 given during our first phase.
Our goal is to someday day give a million naira per enterprise.
It’s possible because we are committed to improving the lives of our people.”
