President Muhammad Buhari has cancelled his trip to Guinea because of Coronavirus.
But rapids spread of deadly Coronavirus has frustrated their trips.
Omokoshaban learn that President Muhammad Buhari, Ivory Coast, Niger, and Ghana President suppose to arrived Guinea this weekend ahead of rescheduled referendum to hold on 22nd of this month in the country.
Guinea President, Alpha Conde, plans to alter the country’s constitution in order to keep him in power, irrespective that he has completed his 5 years two term as the President of the country.
The situation has cause violence in the country leading to killing of 31 civilians and a policeman.
The referendum was earlier fixed to hold on the 1st of March 2020, but was later shifted to March 22nd, the event has been cancelled for now due to Coronavirus outbreak that has spread across the globe.
