A woman who allegedly killed a prostitute for dating her husband, has been arrested by the Police in Imo State
26-year-old Ada Amuzie, allegedly killed the commercial sex worker, identified as Happiness, at Imika Obiti.
The State Police Public Relation Officer, Orlando Godson Ikeoku who confirmed the arrest, said preliminary report showed that the suspect accused Happiness of dating her husband, one Ejike Lambert.
Also arrested is a lady, Chinelo Joseph, who allegedly killed her lover after spending time with him in Okigwe.
Chinelo, had an issue with her lover, Okenna Ekwebelem, who refused her to leave the house after their time together as he allegedly pleaded with her to spend extra time with him.
Police image-maker, Mr. Ikeoku, said preliminary investigation revealed that both lovers have been in a relationship for sometime before the ugly incident.
It was learned that Chinelo Joseph visited the deceased on the fateful day and after spending time together she decided to leave, but the deceased refused her from leaving, an action that led into an argument between them.
