Some commercial sex wokers in Uyo Akwa Ibom State yesterday vacates their hustling zone after NCDC announced the confirmation of five case of coronavirus in Akwa Ibom.
Harrison Essien who confirm the development, said that the commercial sex workers fear of been infected with the virus.
Some of the prostitute who first to vacate their hustling zone, are the one of Maitama in Uyo, the capital city of Akwa Ibom.
Harrison said “Prostitutes in Maitama, scamper for safety in Uyo, as news of five confirmed cases of Coronavirus filter in Akwa Ibom State.”
Meanwhile Omokoshaban yesterday report that NCDC announced the confirmation of 23 new case of coronavirus in Nigeria.
Akwa Ibom who had not have any known case since Nigeria confirm it first case of coronavirus in February 2020, turn out to have five confirmed case yesterday.
Nigeria now have 174 confirmed case of the virus, with 9 discharge from the hospital, and 2 death.
