Fact On: Kogi covid-19 Isolation center blown off by Pre-Rain Wind cost $18 Million

The report claiming that Kogi State Covid-19 Isolation center blown off by pre-rain wind allegedly build with the sum of $18 Million is false.

Kogi government who disclosed to the general public that the state is fully prepare to combat covid-19 for eventual outbreak in the State, come under attacks by Facebook user who reported that the isolation center blown of by the rain cost the state $18 Million.

Prince Yomi Gold, who was the first to post the report on his Facebook page, said that the project cost the state N7 Billion, when converted to dollar, is $18 Million.

Kogi Government has since debunked the claim, saying that information is false.

Kogi State remain the only state in Nigeria to record covid-19 Case.

Reacting to the development, NCDC disagreed with status saying that the state is not bring sample for investigation.

Reacting to NCDC statement, Kogi State government said they cannot manufactured covid-19 result when the state don’t have any case.
