The Director Personnel Management (DPM) in charger of Umaisha Development Area in Toto Local Government Council, Nasarawa State, Mall Ahmad Usman together with his elder brother’s Son were reportedly kidnapped at late hour in Toto town the ancient LG headquarters. At press time all efforts to trace the men of the underworld prove abortive as no contact or communication was established between the victims and family.
