Governor Yahaya Bello has said that he has no misunderstanding with president Muhammad Buhari.
Kogi State Governor, His Excellency Yahaya Bello said this yesterday “On AIT News Hour From 8:10pm” in the Evening.
In his respond to question while he take it tough with NCDC official who are in Kogi for fact-finding missions.
The governor in his reply said
“1.During my Oath taking, I didn’t swear to protect the interest of the powerful people but to protect the life and property of the people of Kogi State. -Governor Yahaya Bello,”
On the issue, if he has misunderstanding with the president for not allowing Federal Government official in the state execute their assignment?
He said “
- There is no issue between me and Mr president .Baba is known for his integrity, honesty and commitment to serve Nigeria and that is why the people elected him twice. He doesn’t need sycophant but those that can tell him the truth. I am not at loggerhead with the agency of the Federal Government. We only reminded them to observe their own protocol- Yahaya Bello.”
