My 28yr old Brother In-law Raped my 5yrs daughter my mother In-law stop me from involving police – woman cried out seek for advised

My brother Inlaw (husband younger brother)who is 28yrs old Raped my 5yrs old Daughter until she faints with heavy bleeding…and i wanted to arrest him but my mother Inlaw said i should not involve the police to arrest his son, that he will be purnished traditionally…

As i speak, my Daughter is in serious pain at the hospital now and my husband even supported them that i should not inform any law enforcment Agency and if i try doing that,he will deal with me and end our marriage

He said i should choose between reporting the case or loosing my marriage with him.

This issue is eating me up slowly because i dont want to loose my marriage … But i cant bear seeing pain on my Daughter’s face each time i look at her.

Should i seek Justice for my Daughter or keep silent for the sake of my Marriage?

Pls help me with Advice.
