A former chairman of Ondo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission, Adewale Omojuwa, is dead
A family source disclosed this and was later confirmed that he died on Saturday morning, following a brief illness.
The source stated that Omojuwa suddenly developed a “strange sickness” on Thursday, which eventually led to his death.
He said, “His death is just too shocking to us and nobody was expecting the sickness would take his life”.

Prior to his death, Omojuwa was the Director General of the campaign Organization for Jimi Odimayo, a governorship aspirant of the APC in the state.
