Governor Yahaya Bello of Kogi Directs Civil Servants in the State to resume works

Alhaji Yahaya Bello, the executive governor of Kogi State has issue a directive to all civil servants on Grade Level 01-10 in Kogi State to resume.

Bello urge workers to returned back to their various duty posts with effect from Monday, 15th June, 2020.

Kogi Report, stated In a statement issued by the Head of Service, Deborah Ogunmola in Lokoja on Wednesday, the state government directed all ministries, departments and agencies (MDAs) to ensure they provide facilities for washing of hands or sanitizers at the entrance of their offices.

Officers were also directed to ensure they maintain healthy lifestyle and adhere to all the guidelines of NCDC to curb the COVID-19 pandemic. Ogunmola urged all officers to adhere strictly to the directive while permanent secretaries, directors of administration and finance, and heads of MDAs are to ensure proper supervision of staff under their establishments. Recall that civil servants in the state from GL 01-10 were directed to work from home as a result of the covid-19 pandemic.”
