EPL RESTART:Aston Villa Draw Goalles Against Sheffield In An Error Made By The Goal Line Technology. Arsenal vs Manchester City Underway.

Hawk eye’s mistake causes Sheffield United victory against Aston villa.

Players and staff of Villa and Sheffield took a knee down to mark support for the Black Lives Movement before the commencement of the match.

Aston villa were beyond lucky not to loose against Sheffield United on the opening match of the Premier league return after three months of no football. Goal line technology came to the forefront of events again but this time on a bad note. A deep free kick from Oliver Norwood was handled poorly by Aston villa’s goalkeeper Orjan Nyland but to the amusement of players and am sure does watching from their homes, the ever controversial goal line technology did not even alert referee, Michael Oliver thereby blowing of the goal.

From a different angle it was vivid that the whole ball crossed the line. Villa would thank their stars as a they could thankfully take a goalless draw off the match while it was tagged a blow for Sheffield who could have been one point from the top four. They now sit 19th, one point off safety in the EPL standings while Sheffield now sit at sixth position four point from the top four.
