Delta State Deputy Commissioner of Police Died, Niger State SSG Mourns.

Niger State SSG Hon. Ahmed Ibrahim Mourn the death of Mammasn Sale Rijau, Delta State Deputy Commissioner of police.

Statement Signed by Lawal Tanko, the information Officer to the SSG’s Office, said that late Rijau died in Abuja after brief illness.

Tanko said “The Secretary to the Government of Niger State (SSG), Ahmed Ibrahim Matane has expressed shock over the death of Deputy Commissioner of Police, Delta State Police Command, Mamman Saleh Rijau.

Mamman Sale Rijau died in Abuja after a brief illness.

In his condolence message, Ahmed Ibrahim Matane described late Saleh Rijau as a gallant and courageous Officer, adding that the deceased who not only rose to the pinnacle of his career, but also distinguished himself in service to the nation.

According to the SSG, “the late Deputy Commissioner of Police who was also the Chief Security Officer to the former Governor of Niger State, Dr. Musa Inuwa lived a good life worthy of emulation”.

“On behalf of the Government and people of Niger State, I want to express my sincere and heartfelt condolences to the family of late Mamman Saleh Rijau, Deputy Commissioner of Police, Delta State Coomand”, Ahmed Matane stressed.

He prayed that the Almighty Allah (SWT) would forgive the shortcomings of the departed, remember his good works, grant his soul eternal rest as well as give his family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.”
