African country prefer brothel, and football viewing center than Library

Reno Omokri, has said that African countries prefer to set up place for football viewing center than building library where youth can go and read.
Reno say this via tweet, on the 29th of June 2020.
According to him, nearly all African countries he has travelled to, non had library, but all have view center to watch European football.

Reno tweet “I have traveled to EVERY part of Africa. Sadly, what I discovered is that almost all African towns have a brothel, a football viewing centre (for viewing European soccer) and a sports betting agents (pool). But few, very few, ever have a library!”
