Magu detained after Ayo Salami led committee finished interrogating him yesterday at 10pm. Some of the allegations against him:
- Discrepancies in recovered funds.
- Leaking reports to the media before going to Court.
- Sale of seized assets to cronies, associates and friends.
- Missing N35 billion.
- Not providing enough evidences for the extradition of Diezani Alison-Madueke.
- Ignoring court order to unfreeze a N7 billion judgment in favour of a suspect.
The Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC), acting Chairman was arrested yesterday by DSS over corruption.
Despite the commission denied the arrests, said he honours an invitations, the boss was detained over night in police custody
