Kenya directs schools to refund 2020 school fees
Schools in Kenya have been directed by the Kenyan government to either refund parents the school fees paid for this academic year, or agree to use it for next year.
Thia was made known by George Magoha, Kenya’s minister of education. He said this while in response to questions asked after his announcement on Tuesday, July 7.
The announcement was that primary and secondary schools would not reopen until 2021 as Coronavirus cases in the country were rising.
