The family of Late Elijah McClain’s has filed a civil rights lawsuit against police and medics responsible for his death.
Police stopped McClain while he was walking with groceries, placing him in a chokehold. Paramedics gave him ketamine, and he suffered cardiac arrest, and died. He was just 23 years old.
